This is Melik Cloud ([link]) the Main Character of "Soul Stream" ([link]) who commonly goes by simply "Cloud."

Kyan said he had a tough time making him look younger, which is alright... because I regard this as Melik of the future at age 24 (in the story he is 15). Wonderful Art! Many thanks to him!
